Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information if available from the carrier.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages

7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist you.
8. International Shipping
CŌ Collars ships to the United States. International customers are responsible for customs fees or duties.
