Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for supporting CŌ Collars. We want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. If your collar is not the right fit, we offer the following simple and mission-aligned policy.

1. Full Refund, No Return Required

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.  Returns are not required.

Instead, we ask that you donate the collar to a local animal shelter, rescue, or foster group, where it can help a dog in need.

2. Honesty and Integrity

This policy is based on trust. We ask customers to request refunds only when they are genuinely unsatisfied.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional details
  • Limit or deny refunds if abuse is suspected
  • Review accounts with repeated refund requests

3. Brutus Reminder

Our mascot, Brutus, represents fairness and integrity in our refund process. He is firm, not bribable, and expects honesty from our customers.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@cocollars.com with your order number. Refunds will be processed promptly through our payment provider.
